We know that comprehensive insurance for Conference & Event Organisers’ has grown increasingly significant.

This is due to the fact that we are living in an increasingly litigious society, whereby people are generally more aware of their legal rights and are therefore more willing to resort to legal action.

What we cover
Employer’s Liability:

Meeting the requirements imposed by Employer’s Liability Compulsory Insurance Regulations 1998. We can provide cover with a limit of indemnity up to £10m. The insurance provides cover for employees ordinarily resident within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, together with those employees domiciled in the EU under UK contracts of employment.    

Professional Indemnity:

Worldwide jurisdiction and limits of indemnity up to £5m. Misrepresentation, the mis-booking of flights, venues or events can lead to substantial claims being made against event &/or conference organisers and our insurance provides a proven safety net for these exposures. The insurance can also be extended to provide specific cover for: libel & slander, loss of or damage to documents,dishonesty of employees and rectification clause.

Public / Products Liability:

Worldwide cover for personal injury and death with limits of indemnity up to £10m. Liability arising from the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements 2018, including accidental damage to property, legal defence costs and indemnity to venue owners or operators. Cover can also be extended to include corporate manslaughter.
